Unified action inbox

Triage expiry, availability, saved-search, listing, offer, and transaction events in one queue.

stableunified action inbox v1.1Verified 2026-08-16Owner: ENS.Tools Product Events
Open this feature

The inbox turns product events into a wallet-scoped action queue. Each card keeps its event type, subject, observed time, current state, and destination so an alert can be reviewed before opening the workflow that may change funds or ENS state.

One queue for lifecycle alerts, saved-search matches, marketplace events, and transaction outcomes.
Unread state is synchronized for the authenticated wallet and surfaced in desktop and mobile navigation.
Event cards link to the current supporting page instead of embedding stale transaction controls.
Offer-expiry and marketplace lifecycle events retain their distinct status and timestamps.
Reading or dismissing an item changes inbox state only; it never signs or broadcasts a transaction.
Optional double-opt-in email delivery groups new inbox events into a digest checked every 30 minutes.
Production contract

Before you run this workflow

Networks

  • Ethereum mainnet ENS and marketplace evidence
  • Wallet-authenticated HTTPS inbox state

Prerequisites

  • Connected wallet session
  • Verified email only when email delivery is enabled

Wallet permissions

  • Session authentication for inbox state
  • Any later transaction has its own explicit wallet review

Expected result

  • A deduplicated wallet-scoped event queue with valid destinations
  • Optional email digests with one-click unsubscribe

Errors and recovery

  • Refresh stale events
  • Open the supporting detail page
  • Do not infer transaction success from an inbox notification alone
Workflow

How to use it

  1. 1

    Confirm the wallet scope

Inbox state belongs to the authenticated wallet. Check the active account before clearing or acting on items.

  2. 2

    Read the evidence

Check event type, observed time, name, price or expiry context, and whether the item is still current.

  3. 3

    Open the destination

Use the card action to load the relevant detail or workflow, then refresh live ownership, pricing, and transaction prerequisites.

  4. 4

    Mark handled items

Update read state once the event has been reviewed. An unread badge is not proof that an action remains available.

  5. 5

    Add email delivery once

Use the email suggested from sign-in or saved settings, or enter an address if neither exists. Confirm the 24-hour link; later resends and changes do not require retyping the current address.
