# AI domain search

Find ENS names by meaning rather than exact spelling.

## Overview

AI Search turns a natural-language idea into candidates from curated vocabularies, then checks live ENS status. It is a discovery aid: availability, price, security, and ownership should still be verified on the name detail page.

## What this covers

- Natural-language queries across curated dictionaries and collections.
- Label healing for indexed names whose labels need recovery.
- Live availability and marketplace status on returned candidates.
- Favorites view for saved results.

## Before you run this workflow

### Networks

- Ethereum mainnet ENS data

### Prerequisites

- No wallet for public search
- Use a wallet only when continuing to registration or purchase

### Wallet permissions

- Search and inspection require none

### Expected result

- Results distinguish available, registered, listed, unresolved, and provider-error states

### Errors and recovery

- Open the individual name and refresh live state before acting
- Retry only unresolved batch items

## How to use it

1. **Describe the idea.** Use a concept such as “short names for a climate research collective” rather than guessing one exact label.
2. **Refine.** Add tone, length, language, pattern, or audience constraints to improve the candidate set.
3. **Save promising names.** Use the heart control to add candidates to Favorites and compare them later.
4. **Verify before buying.** Open the name to check status, security warnings, Unicode risk, expiry, listing evidence, and live price.

## Suggestions are not valuations

> A semantic match does not imply scarcity, trademark clearance, market value, or future resale demand.
